These terms apply to your use of knifeandfaulk.com and to Essentials orders placed through it. Full-service catering, private chef, and event design engagements are governed by the signed agreement and proposal for that event.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services, request quotes, and place orders. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else. Menu descriptions, photography, and written content on this site belong to Knife & Faulk and may not be reused without permission.

Essentials orders

  • Notice. Essentials orders require at least 48 hours notice. The checkout only offers dates and times that meet this requirement.
  • Order confirmation. Your order is placed when payment is completed on Square's checkout page. You will receive a receipt by email. If we cannot fulfill an order for the date and time requested, we will contact you to offer another time or a full refund.
  • Pricing. Prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax and any delivery fee are shown before you pay.
  • Delivery and pickup. For delivery, please provide an accurate address and a contact who will be on site. Pickup orders are ready at 1499 Regal Row, Dallas, TX 75247 at the time you select. Food is delivered ready to serve and should be enjoyed promptly or refrigerated.
  • Selections. Where an item asks you to choose varieties or flavors, we prepare the selections recorded with your order.
  • Allergies and dietary needs. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Tell us about allergies in your order notes. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens.
  • Changes and cancellations. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Quotes and proposals

Quotes and proposals are estimates until a signed agreement and deposit are received. Final pricing depends on the confirmed menu, guest count, service, and event details.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Square. Our forms are provided by Tally. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knife & Faulk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any Essentials order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed.
