We plan all of it as one menu, so every meal feels like it belongs to the same celebration.

How we work
We take a limited number of weddings each weekend so yours gets our full attention. We work with your planner and your venue on timing
and we plan the food around the moments that matter
so dinner never interrupts a toast and dessert lands right after the first dance.

Chef Marlene and her team did an excellent job for my son’s rehearsal dinner. She customized an Italian menu, and the lasagna bolognese was to die for! The buffet and charcuterie display were beautiful.
Love, love, love what Chef Marlene and her team did for our Welcome party the night prior to our daughter's wedding. The displays that she and her team created were beautifully done and everyone loved the food. I largely planned this from afar as I don't live in Texas and she made it very easy.
Perfection, Perfection, Perfection! Our wedding reception guests are still sending compliments over Knife and Faulk's Braised Short Rib and Prosciutto Chicken Breast! My husband (the bride's father) is a hard to please foodie, and he was blown away by the quality and taste.
